What we collect, and why.
Short version: we store what you type into the form on our site, we use it to understand your situation and reply usefully, and we do not sell it or add you to a marketing list.
What we collect
When you complete the form on our site, we store the answers you gave:
- Your name and email address, and your phone number if you chose to give one
- What sector the business is in and roughly how many people work there
- Who currently looks after the work you described
- Your written description of what is on your desk that shouldn't be
- Technical context: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only for rate limiting, and your browser's user-agent string
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers. Your progress through the form is held in your own browser for 30 minutes so you can resume if you close the tab. That never leaves your device until you submit.
Voice input
If you use the microphone option, transcription is handled by your browser's built-in speech recognition. We receive only the resulting text, exactly as if you had typed it. We never receive, hear, or store audio.
Why we collect it
To understand your situation and reply to it properly. Your written answer is the most useful part — it lets us open with your actual situation rather than a generic pitch.
AI processing
To show you a summary of what you wrote, we send that text to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs the model inside Cloudflare's network. It is used only to produce the read-back you see on screen. Your text is not used to train any model. If that step fails, we simply show your own words back to you instead.
Completing the form does not add you to any email list. There is no automated sequence and no newsletter. If someone from our team follows up, it will be a person writing to you directly, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Booking a call
If you book a call we store the time you chose, your name and email, your phone number and company if you gave them, and the timezone your browser reported. We also record the country, region and city our hosting provider infers from your connection, so we know what clock you are reading. We do not store your IP address itself, only a one-way hash of it.
Where it's stored and who can see it
Submissions and bookings are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, with rate-limiting counters in Cloudflare KV. A copy of each booking is also written to a private Google Sheet so our team can manage the calendar. Cloudflare and Google act as processors on our instructions. Access is limited to the people at Outcome Company who need it in order to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions while they're useful for a live conversation, and delete on request at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@outcome.company and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in, no verification hoops — just ask.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
